Group Medical/Dental & Vision coverage

Health Care insurance is expensive, and we are accountable to the health and well-being of each SportsArt employee. In doing so, we offer a low Employee Cost share on a sliding scale to be sure each employee at every level of the company can afford comprehensive coverage and affordable dental and vision coverage.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

SportsArt believes you know best when it comes to how you want to spend time away from work, so we won’t define it for you. This means sick leave and leave days are merged into one category — PTO (Paid Time Off). We don’t mind how you use these days, so long as you embrace a healthy work-life balance!
